The Mitchell Mustangs baseball team scored 6 runs and limited the host River Ridge Royal Knights to 5 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Friday.

The Mustangs (14-7) will now prepare for their match against IMG Academy Black (Bradenton, FL). The Ascenders go into the non-league match with a 9-9 record.

The Royal Knights (8-11) will now prepare for their match against Sunlake (Land O' Lakes, FL). The Seahawks go into the non-league match with a 8-13 record. In their last match, Sunlake tipped IMG Academy Navy (Bradenton, FL), 3-1, in a non-league match.
