Pilot Point Bearcats (Pilot Point, TX) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Valley View Eagles (Valley View, TX), 11-4 in a league test.

With the win, Pilot Point upgrades its record to 8-8 on the season. The Bearcats travel to Paradise (Paradise, TX) to battle the Panthers in a 3A Region II District 10 test on Tuesday, April 18. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 11-11. Paradise won 3-2 in their recent league test against Callisburg (Gainesville, TX)

With the defeat, Valley View falls to 6-9 on the season. The Eagles travel to S & S Consolidated (Sadler, TX) to battle the Rams in a 3A Region II District 10 test on Tuesday, April 18.
