April 14, 2023: Fort Defiance, VA 24437 Wilson Memorial Green Hornets (Fishersville, VA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Fort Defiance Indians (Fort Defiance, VA), 23-5 in a non-league challenge.
The Green Hornets now own a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they host Riverheads for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 18.
With the loss, Fort Defiance falls to 2-5 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Waynesboro (Waynesboro, VA) to battle the Little Giants in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 18.
