The Tigers (4-5) will now prepare for their battle against Independence (Independence, KS). The Bulldogs go into the non-league battle with a 8-2 record. In their last battle, Independence by Labette County (Altamont, KS), 10-4, in a league battle.
The Dragons now possess a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to Field Kindley for a non-league battle on Monday, April 17. Pittsburg will confront a Golden Tornado squad coming off a 9-7 non-league loss to Iola (Iola, KS). The Golden Tornado record now stands at 2-8.
