New York High School Softball - John Glenn bounces Harborfields
April 14, 2023: Greenlawn, NY 11740 The John Glenn Knights (Elwood, NY) softball routed the host Harborfields Tornadoes (Greenlawn, NY), 14-9 in Friday's league bout.
The Knights (4-1) will now prepare for their bout against Babylon (Babylon, NY). The Panthers go into the Section 11 C/D-8 bout with a 2-1 record. In their last bout, Babylon held off Amityville Memorial (Amityville, NY), 25-0, in a league bout.
The Tornadoes now possess a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Deer Park for a non-league bout on Tuesday, April 18. Harborfields will confront a Falcons squad coming off a 7-3 league loss to Hauppauge (Hauppauge, NY). The Falcons record now stands at 0-3.
