The Covenant Day Lions (Matthews, NC) baseball the host Palisades Pumas (Charlotte, NC), 7-2 in Monday's non-league challenge.

The Lions now own a 15-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hopewell for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 15. Covenant Day will clash with a Titans team coming off a 6-4 non-league win over Myers Park (Charlotte, NC). The Titans record now stands at 15-4.

With the defeat, Palisades drops to 9-11 on the year. The Pumas travel to Legion Collegiate Academy (Rock Hill, SC) to battle the Lancers in a non-league outing on Tuesday, April 15.
