The Portola Tigers baseball squad (Portola, CA), was overwhelmed 8-0 in Monday's non-league bout with the host Loyalton Grizzlies (Loyalton, CA)

Next up, the Grizzlies encounter the Hayfork Timberjacks (Hayfork, CA) in a Evergreen bout, on Thursday, April 17. Loyalton will attempt to advance on its 7-6 season record. The Timberjacks enter the bout with a 2-7 record after their 11-0 league win over Tulelake (Tulelake, CA).
