April 14, 2025: Newark, NJ 07102 The Arts Jaguars volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting West Side Roughriders to 0 in the Jaguars league triumph on Monday.
The Jaguars now possess a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to West Orange for a non-league outing on Saturday, April 19. Arts will play a Mountaineers team coming off a 2-0 league win over Barringer (Newark, NJ). The Mountaineers record now stands at 5-3.
With the loss, West Side drops to 1-3 on the campaign. The Roughriders host Newark Collegiate Academy (Newark, NJ) to play the Panthers in a SEC - Independence outing on Wednesday, April 16. The Panthers come into the outing with a record of 2-2. Newark Collegiate Academy won 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Eagle Academy (Newark, NJ)
