The May River Sharks baseball team scored 15 runs and held the visiting Hilton Head Island Seahawks to 1 in the Sharks non-league win on Monday.

The Sharks now own a 12-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Colleton County for a test on Tuesday, April 22.

With the defeat, Hilton Head Island drops to 11-4 on the year. The Seahawks travel to Hilton Head Christian Academy (Hilton Head Island, SC) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league test on Monday, April 21. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 2-0. Hilton Head Christian Academy 12-12 in their recent non-league test against Jenkins (Savannah, GA)
