April 14, 2025: Spartanburg, SC 29316 The Wade Hampton Generals soccer squad scored 3 points and held the host Boiling Springs Bulldogs to 0 in the Generals league victory on Monday.
The Generals now possess a 9-4 record. They play next when they host Riverside for a AAAAA Region 2 bout on Thursday, April 17. Wade Hampton will play a Warriors squad coming off a 4-1 league win over Eastside (Taylors, SC). The Warriors record now stands at 7-5.
With the loss, Boiling Springs moves to 4-8 on the year. The Bulldogs host Gaffney (Gaffney, SC) to play the Indians in a AAAAA Region 2 bout on Thursday, April 17. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 1-13. Gaffney lost 4-1 in their recent league bout against James F. Byrnes (Duncan, SC)
