The Byron Nelson Bobcat (Trophy Club, TX) softball routed the host Bell Blue Raiders (Hurst, TX), 6-0 in Tuesday's league challenge.

Next, the Bobcat meet the Keller Central Chargers (Keller, TX) in a 6A Region I District 4 challenge, on Friday, April 17. Byron Nelson will attempt to upgrade on its 29-3 season record. The Chargers enter the challenge with a 16-14 record after their 17-0 league loss to Southlake Carroll (Southlake, TX).

The Blue Raiders (4-20) will now prepare for their challenge against Trinity (Euless, TX). The Trojans enter the 6A Region I District 4 challenge with a 10-20 record. In their last challenge, Trinity edged Northwest (Justin, TX), 3-1, in a league challenge.
