North Thurston Rams (Lacey, WA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Central Kitsap Cougars (Silverdale, WA), 10-0 in a league test.

With the win, North Thurston upgrades its record to 3-5 on the season. The Rams travel to Yelm (Yelm, WA) to battle the Tornados in a 3A South Sound test on Tuesday, April 19. The Tornados come into the test with a record of 0-7.

With the defeat, Central Kitsap falls to 6-8 on the season. The Cougars host Gig Harbor (Gig Harbor, WA) to battle the Tides in a 4A South Puget Sound test on Tuesday, April 19.
