Virginia High School Baseball - Glass defeats William Campbell
April 15, 2024: Lynchburg, VA 24501 Glass Hilltoppers (Lynchburg, VA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting William Campbell Generals (Naruna, VA), 15-9 in a non-league test.
With the win, Glass upgrades its record to 9-0 on the season. The Hilltoppers travel to Liberty Christian (Lynchburg, VA) to battle the Bulldogs in a Seminole test on Tuesday, April 16. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 7-0. Liberty Christian won 16-2 in their recent league test against Liberty (Bedford, VA)
With the defeat, William Campbell falls to 0-9 on the season. The Generals travel to Appomattox County (Appomattox, VA) to battle the Raiders in a Dogwood test on Wednesday, April 17. The Raiders come into the test with a record of 4-6. Appomattox County won 2-1 in their recent league test against Nelson County (Lovingston, VA)
