Utah High School Soccer - Cedar Valley nudges Springville
April 15, 2024: Eagle Mountain, UT 84005 Cedar Valley Aviators (Eagle Mountain, UT) fans were thrilled Monday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Springville Red Devils (Springville, UT), 2-1 in a league challenge.
Next, the Aviators face the Salem Hills Skyhawks (Salem, UT) in a 5A Region 7 challenge, on Tuesday, April 16. Cedar Valley will attempt to better on its 3-6 season record. The Skyhawks enter the challenge with a 8-1 record after their 4-0 league win over Springville (Springville, UT).
The Red Devils now have a 0-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Timpview for a 5A Region 7 challenge on Thursday, April 18. Springville will face a Thunderbirds team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Wasatch (Heber City, UT). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 5-5.
