April 15, 2024: Greenville, SC 29609 The crowd at Monday's league test between the Wade Hampton Generals (Greenville, SC) and the visiting Laurens Raiders (Laurens, SC), saw Wade Hampton's soccer squad beat Laurens by a margin of 4-0.
The Generals now sport a 11-2 record. They play next when they host Riverside for a AAAA Region 2 test on Friday, April 19. Wade Hampton will meet a Warriors squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Eastside (Taylors, SC). The Warriors record now stands at 10-3.
With the loss, Laurens drops to 2-9 on the season. The Raiders travel to Greer (Greer, SC) to meet the Yellow Jackets in a AAAA Region 2 test on Friday, April 19. The Yellow Jackets come into the test with a record of 4-9. Greer won 5-0 in their recent non-league test against Greer Middle College (Taylors, SC)
