New Jersey High School Softball - Ridgefield Memorial topped by Emerson
April 15, 2024: Emerson, NJ 07630 The Emerson Cavaliers softball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Ridgefield Memorial Royals to 0 in the Cavaliers non-league triumph on Monday.
With the triumph, Emerson moves its record to 6-0 on the year. The Cavaliers travel to Academy of the Holy Angels (Demarest, NJ) to meet the Angels in a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 16. The Angels go into the battle with a record of 2-2.
The Royals now sport a 3-4 record. They play next when they travel to Palisades Park for a NJIC - Liberty battle on Tuesday, April 16. Ridgefield Memorial will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 22-9 non-league loss to Cresskill (Cresskill, NJ). The Tigers record now stands at 0-5.
