Mt. Abraham Eagles (Bristol, VT) fans left the game pleased Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad nip the host Champlain Valley Union Redhawks (Hinesburg, VT), 8-7 in a league match.

With the triumph, Mt. Abraham advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Eagles travel to Spaulding (Barre, VT) to battle the Crimson Tide in a Metro match on Tuesday, April 29. The Crimson Tide come into the match with a record of 0-0.
