April 15, 2025: Kingsport, TN 37664 In Tuesday's league bout, the Dobyns-Bennett Indians (Kingsport, TN) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting West Ridge Wolves (Blountville, TN), by a score of 9-2.
Next up, the Indians encounter the Sevier County Smoky Bears (Sevierville, TN) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, April 17. Dobyns-Bennett will attempt to advance on its 18-4 season record. The Smoky Bears enter the bout with a 12-13 record after their 7-5 non-league win over South-Doyle (Knoxville, TN).
The Wolves (5-15) will now prepare for their bout against Chuckey-Doak (Afton, TN). The Black Knights enter the non-league bout with a 13-8 record. In their last bout, Chuckey-Doak edged Morristown-Hamblen East (Morristown, TN), 11-10, in a non-league bout.
