Oregon High School Baseball - La Grande defeats Vale
April 15, 2025: La Grande, OR 97850 In Tuesday's non-league game, the host La Grande Tigers baseball team scored a nice 9-1 victory over the Vale Vikings.
The Tigers (5-7) will now prepare for their game against Ontario (Ontario, OR). The Tigers enter the 4A Greater Oregon game with a 3-7 record. In their last game, Ontario was overwhelmed by Pendleton (Pendleton, OR), 15-2, in a league game.
Next, the Vikings face the Nyssa Bulldogs (Nyssa, OR) in a 3A-SD2 Special District 2 game, on Tuesday, April 22. Vale will attempt to improve on its 5-7 season record. The Bulldogs enter the game with a 2-5 record after their 11-0 league loss to Burns (Burns, OR).
