The Columbia Raiders the visiting Brookside Cardinals softball squad by a count of 8-5 in Tuesday's league challenge.

Next, the Raiders meet the Cuyahoga Heights Red Wolves (Cleveland, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, April 16. Columbia will attempt to upgrade on its 7-1 season record. The Red Wolves go into the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 12-1 league loss to Independence (Independence, OH).

The Cardinals (3-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Black River (Sullivan, OH). The Pirates go into the Lorain County 8 challenge with a 7-5 record.
