Pike County Bulldogs (Brundidge, AL) supporters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad topple the visiting Russell County Warriors (Seale, AL), 10-2 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Pike County improves its record to 6-18 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to New Brockton (New Brockton, AL) to play the Gamecocks in a 4A Area 4 game on Tuesday, April 22. The Gamecocks enter the game with a record of 4-20.

The Warriors now hold a 4-19 record. They play next when they host Park Crossing for a 6A Area 3 game on Thursday, April 17.
