The Ramona Convent Tigers softball squad (Alhambra, CA), was routed 15-9 in Wednesday's non-league contest with the visiting Polytechnic Panthers (Pasadena, CA)

With the triumph, Polytechnic improves its record to 9-3 on the year. The Panthers host Westridge (Pasadena, CA) to face the Tigers in a Prep contest on Friday, April 17. The Tigers enter the contest with a record of 1-8. Westridge lost 12-1 in their recent league contest against Mayfield (Pasadena, CA)

The Tigers now hold a 5-12 record. They play next when they travel to St. Monica for a Camino Real contest on Thursday, April 16. Ramona Convent will face a Mariners squad coming off a 11-4 league win over Bishop Conaty-Loretto (Los Angeles, CA). The Mariners record now stands at 6-5.
