In Saturday's non-league contest, the Eastbrook Panthers (Marion, IN) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Monroe Central Golden Bears (Parker City, IN), by a margin of 17-0.

With the triumph, Eastbrook moves its record to 4-1 on the year. The Panthers host Southwood (Wabash, IN) to play the Knights in a non-league contest on Tuesday, April 19. The Knights come into the contest with a record of 2-0. Southwood won 12-2 in their recent non-league contest against Southern Wells (Poneto, IN)
