Kansas High School Softball - Shawnee Mission South bounces Washington
April 16, 2022: Shawnee Mission, KS 66207 The Shawnee Mission South Raiders routed the visiting Washington Wildcats softball squad by a final score of 18-3 in Saturday's non-league battle.
The Raiders (5-4) will now prepare for their battle against Olathe East (Olathe, KS). The Hawks go into the non-league battle with a 2-5 record. In their last battle, Olathe East was routed by Holton (Holton, KS), 13-6, in a non-league battle.
The Wildcats now possess a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Bishop Ward for a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 19. Washington will confront a Cyclones squad coming off a 17-5 non-league win over Sumner Academy (Kansas City, KS). The Cyclones record now stands at 3-1.
