April 16, 2024: Thornton, CO 80229 Thornton Trojans (Thornton, CO) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Skyview Wolverines (Thornton, CO), 4-3 in a league challenge.
Next, the Trojans confront the Adams City Eagles (Commerce City, CO) in a 5A/4A/3A Colorado challenge, on Thursday, April 18. Thornton will attempt to move on its 3-4 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 9-0 record after their 3-0 league win over Gateway (Aurora, CO).
The Wolverines now possess a 0-10 record. They take the field next when they host Aurora Central for a 5A/4A/3A Colorado challenge on Thursday, April 18. Skyview will confront a Trojans team coming off a 2-1 league win over Alameda (Lakewood, CO). The Trojans record now stands at 4-4.
