Maryland High School Lacrosse - DeMatha drops to Landon
April 16, 2024: Bethesda, MD 20817 Landon Bears (Bethesda, MD) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the visiting DeMatha Stags (Hyattsville, MD), 13-9 in a non-league battle.
The Bears now have a 9-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Stephen's & St. Agnes for a non-league battle on Thursday, April 18. Landon will clash with a Saints squad coming off a 7-6 league loss to Potomac School (McLean, VA). The Saints record now stands at 4-10.
In their next game, the Stags play the Gonzaga Eagles (Washington, DC) in a Washington Catholic match, on Friday, April 19. DeMatha will attempt to better on its 5-5 season record.
