Maryland High School Lacrosse - Walter Johnson overwhelms Rockville
April 16, 2024: Bethesda, MD 20814 The Walter Johnson Wildcats lacrosse team scored 17 points and held the visiting Rockville Rams to 11 in the Wildcats league win on Tuesday.
The Wildcats (2-1) will now prepare for their match against Paint Branch (Burtonsville, MD). The Panthers go into the Montgomery County 3A/2A/1A match with a 3-3 record. In their last match, Paint Branch was overwhelmed by Bethesda-Chevy Chase (Bethesda, MD), 15-4, in a league match.
The Rams (1-2) will now prepare for their match against Clarksburg (Clarksburg, MD). The Coyotes go into the Montgomery County 3A/2A/1A match with a 1-6 record. In their last match, Clarksburg was overwhelmed by Quince Orchard (Gaithersburg, MD), 8-6, in a league match.
