The Desert Vista Thunder softball team scored 15 runs and limited the host Corona del Sol Aztecs to 11 in the Thunder league triumph on Tuesday.

With the win, Desert Vista improves its record to 19-7 on the campaign. The Thunder host Perry (Gilbert, AZ) to encounter the Pumas in a non-league test on Wednesday, April 17. The Pumas enter the test with a record of 10-15. Perry won 10-0 in their recent non-league test against Mountain View (Mesa, AZ)

The Aztecs (9-17) will now prepare for their test against Hamilton (Chandler, AZ). The Huskies enter the non-league test with a 18-7 record. In their last test, Hamilton tipped Chandler (Chandler, AZ), 8-5, in a league test.
