Alabama High School Softball - Oak Grove bounces Holt
April 16, 2024: Holt, AL 35404 The Oak Grove Tigers (Bessemer, AL) softball routed the host Holt Ironmen (Holt, AL), 17-2 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Tigers (11-10) will now prepare for their bout against Northside (Northport, AL). The Rams go into the 4A Area 7 bout with a 31-13 record. In their last bout, Northside toppled Lamar County (Vernon, AL), 9-0, in a non-league bout.
The Ironmen now possess a 2-12 record. They play next when they travel to Central for a non-league bout on Wednesday, April 17. Holt will confront a Falcons squad coming off a 17-1 non-league loss to Pickens County (Reform, AL). The Falcons record now stands at 3-7.
