Michigan High School Baseball - Northville sneaks past Brighton
April 16, 2025: Northville, MI 48167 The crowd at Wednesday's league battle between the Northville Mustangs (Northville, MI) and the visiting Brighton Bulldogs (Brighton, MI), saw Northville's baseball team hold off Brighton by a count of 10-9.
The Mustangs now own a 10-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Plymouth for a Kensington Lakes - West challenge on Friday, April 18. Northville will clash with a Wildcats team coming off a 9-5 league loss to Hartland (Hartland, MI). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-9.
With the defeat, Brighton drops to 5-4 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Western International (Detroit, MI) to clash with the Cowboys in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 19. The Cowboys go into the challenge with a record of 8-2. Western International lost 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Notre Dame Prep (Pontiac, MI)
