The St. Patrick Shamrocks (Chicago, IL) baseball trounced the visiting Niles Notre Dame Dons (Niles, IL), 11-4 in Wednesday's league challenge.

The Shamrocks now own a 7-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Marian Catholic for a East Suburban Catholic challenge on Saturday, April 19. St. Patrick will clash with a Spartans team coming off a 8-4 league win over Joliet Catholic (Joliet, IL). The Spartans record now stands at 6-7.

With the defeat, Niles Notre Dame drops to 7-4 on the year. The Dons travel to Marist (Chicago, IL) to clash with the RedHawks in a East Suburban Catholic challenge on Saturday, April 19. The RedHawks go into the challenge with a record of 5-7. Marist lost 6-0 in their recent league challenge against Nazareth Academy (LaGrange Park, IL)
