The Manheim Township Blue Streaks triumphed over the host Cedar Crest Falcons softball squad by a count of 21-5 in Wednesday's league challenge.

Next, the Blue Streaks meet the Hempfield Black Knights (Landisville, PA) in a Lancaster-Lebanon Section 1 challenge, on Monday, April 21. Manheim Township will attempt to upgrade on its 6-6 season record. The Black Knights enter the challenge with a 6-5 record after their 10-1 league win over J.P. McCaskey (Lancaster, PA).

The Falcons (2-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Penn Manor (Millersville, PA). The Comets enter the Lancaster-Lebanon Section 1 challenge with a 6-7 record. In their last challenge, Penn Manor overcame Exeter Township (Reading, PA), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.
