Massachusetts High School Softball - Reading Memorial bounces Lexington
April 16, 2025: Lexington, MA 02421 The Reading Memorial Rockets (Reading, MA) softball routed the host Lexington Minutemen (Lexington, MA), 16-5 in Wednesday's league outing.
The Rockets now sport a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Arlington for a Middlesex outing on Thursday, April 17. Reading Memorial will encounter a Spy Ponders team coming off a 13-7 league loss to Belmont (Belmont, MA). The Spy Ponders record now stands at 3-4.
With the loss, Lexington moves to 2-1 on the season. The Minutemen travel to Winchester (Winchester, MA) to encounter the Red & Black in a Middlesex outing on Thursday, April 17. The Red & Black come into the outing with a record of 4-3.
