The Williams Bulldogs softball team scored 28 runs and held the visiting Cummings Cavaliers to 10 in the Bulldogs league win on Thursday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Eastern Alamance for a Mid-Carolina 4A/5A/6A battle on Friday, April 17. Williams will encounter a Eagles team coming off a 4-0 league win over Western Alamance (Elon, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 13-4.

With the loss, Cummings moves to 0-6 on the season. The Cavaliers travel to Western Alamance (Elon, NC) to encounter the Warriors in a Mid-Carolina 4A/5A/6A battle on Friday, April 17.
