The Garfield Bulldogs softball team scored 7 runs and held the visiting Marshall Barristers to 6 in the Bulldogs non-league win on Thursday.

The Bulldogs now possess a 6-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Port of Los Angeles for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 18. Garfield will confront a Polar Bears team coming off a 14-0 league win over King/Drew (Los Angeles, CA). The Polar Bears record now stands at 10-3.
