The crowd at Thursday's league battle between the Mount Greylock Regional Mounties (Williamstown, MA) and the visiting Amherst-Pelham Regional Hurricanes (Amherst, MA), saw Mount Greylock Regional's baseball team gain a win over Amherst-Pelham Regional by a tally of 9-2.

The Mounties (4-3) will now prepare for their battle against Monument Mountain (Great Barrington, MA). The Spartans enter the Suburban East battle with a 2-1 record. In their last battle, Monument Mountain held off Mount Everett Regional (Sheffield, MA), 11-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Hurricanes face the Southwick Regional Rams (Southwick, MA) in a Suburban East battle, on Friday, April 18. Amherst-Pelham Regional will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Rams enter the battle with a 3-3 record after their 8-4 league loss to Wahconah Regional (Dalton, MA).
