The Fairfield Falcons (Goshen, IN) baseball the visiting Angola Hornets (Angola, IN), 4-0 in Thursday's league challenge.

The Falcons now own a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to NorthWood for a non-league challenge on Friday, April 18. Fairfield will clash with a Panthers team coming off a 11-1 non-league win over West Noble (Ligonier, IN). The Panthers record now stands at 3-0.

With the defeat, Angola drops to 1-6 on the year. The Hornets host Lakeland (LaGrange, IN) to clash with the Lakers in a Northeast Corner challenge on Saturday, April 19. The Lakers go into the challenge with a record of 4-1. Lakeland won 7-5 in their recent league challenge against Westview (Topeka, IN)
