The Mt. Pleasant Vikings baseball team scored 5 runs and held the host Burrell Bucs to 3 in the Vikings league win on Thursday.

The Vikings now hold a 8-4 record. They take the field next when they host Southmoreland for a test on Monday, April 21. Mt. Pleasant will play a Scotties team coming off a 7-3 non-league loss to Uniontown (Uniontown, PA). The Scotties record now stands at 1-8.

With the defeat, Burrell drops to 10-4 on the year. The Bucs travel to Freeport (Freeport, PA) to play the Yellowjackets in a non-league test on Monday, April 21.
