Delaware High School Baseball - Cape Henlopen defeats Sussex Tech
April 17, 2025: Lewes, DE 19958 The Cape Henlopen Vikings baseball team scored 7 runs and held the visiting Sussex Tech Ravens to 1 in the Vikings league win on Thursday.
The Vikings now own a 8-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Caravel Academy for a non-league test on Saturday, April 19. Cape Henlopen will clash with a Buccaneers team coming off a 5-1 non-league win over St. Georges Tech (Middletown, DE). The Buccaneers record now stands at 7-3.
With the defeat, Sussex Tech drops to 6-2 on the year. The Ravens host Indian River (Dagsboro, DE) to clash with the Indians in a non-league test on Thursday, April 24. The Indians go into the test with a record of 9-3. Indian River lost 7-1 in their recent non-league test against Salesianum (Wilmington, DE)
