In Thursday's league bout, the Cape Henlopen Vikings (Lewes, DE) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Polytech Panthers (Woodside, DE), by a tally of 11-3.

Next up, the Vikings encounter the Conrad Science Red Wolves (Wilmington, DE) in a non-league bout, on Friday, May 9. Cape Henlopen will attempt to upgrade on its 14-1 season record.

The Panthers (11-6) will now prepare for their bout against Laurel (Laurel, DE). The Bulldogs enter the non-league bout with a 6-8 record.
