April 17, 2025: Waxhaw, NC 28173 The Cuthbertson Cavaliers baseball team scored 8 runs and held the visiting Parkwood Wolf Pack to 0 in the Cavaliers non-league win on Thursday.
The Cavaliers now hold a 18-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Andrew Jackson for a non-league test on Monday, April 21. Cuthbertson will play a Volunteers team coming off a 20-3 league win over York Prep (Rock Hill, SC). The Volunteers record now stands at 8-10.
With the defeat, Parkwood drops to 8-13 on the year. The Wolf pack host Nation Ford (Fort Mill, SC) to play the Falcons in a non-league test on Monday, April 21. The Falcons go into the test with a record of 10-10. Nation Ford won 5-4 in their recent league test against Clover (Clover, SC)
