April 17, 2025: Damascus, VA 24236 The Holston Cavaliers (Damascus, VA) baseball trounced the visiting Honaker Tigers (Honaker, VA), 12-2 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
The Cavaliers now own a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Northwood for a Hogoheegee challenge on Tuesday, April 22. Holston will clash with a Panthers team coming off a 10-0 league loss to Rural Retreat (Rural Retreat, VA). The Panthers record now stands at 3-6.
With the defeat, Honaker drops to 2-1 on the year. The Tigers travel to Lebanon (Lebanon, VA) to clash with the Pioneers in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 21. The Pioneers go into the challenge with a record of 5-2. Lebanon won 7-2 in their recent league challenge against Marion (Marion, VA)
