California High School Volleyball - Santa Ana Valley can't get by La Quinta
April 17, 2025: Westminster, CA 92683 La Quinta Aztecs (Westminster, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Santa Ana Valley Falcons (Santa Ana, CA), 3-2 in a league test.
With the win, La Quinta improves its record to 8-8 on the season. The Aztecs travel to Bolsa Grande (Garden Grove, CA) to face the Matadors in a Garden Grove test on Tuesday, April 22. The Matadors go into the test with a record of 14-9. Bolsa Grande won 3-2 in their recent non-league test against Magnolia (Anaheim, CA)
The Falcons now own a 11-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Acaciawood for a non-league test on Saturday, April 19. Santa Ana Valley will face a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Bethel Baptist (Santa Ana, CA). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 9-9.
