In Thursday's league contest, the host R.J. Reynolds Demons lacrosse squad scored a tight 12-7 triumph over the Davie War Eagles.

The Demons (13-2) will now prepare for their contest against Glenn (Kernersville, NC). The Bobcats go into the Central Piedmont contest with a 5-8 record. In their last contest, Glenn held off South Iredell (Statesville, NC), 14-1, in a non-league contest.

Next, the War Eagles meet the Reagan Raiders (Pfafftown, NC) in a Central Piedmont contest, on Friday, April 18. Davie will attempt to better on its 12-2 season record. The Raiders go into the contest with a 6-7 record after their 15-5 league win over Glenn (Kernersville, NC).
