April 17, 2025: Carroll, IA 51401 Ballard Bombers (Huxley, IA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Carroll Tigers (Carroll, IA), 4-1 in a league test.
With the triumph, Ballard moves its record to 5-5 on the campaign. The Bombers travel to Winterset (Winterset, IA) to clash with the Huskies in a Raccoon River test on Monday, April 21. The Huskies come into the test with a record of 2-5. Winterset lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Van Meter (Van Meter, IA)
The Tigers now sport a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carlisle for a Raccoon River battle on Monday, April 21. Carroll will battle a Wildcats squad coming off a 4-2 non-league loss to Indianola (Indianola, IA). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-3.
