April 17, 2025: Spotsylvania, VA 22553 In Thursday's league contest, the Spotsylvania Knights (Spotsylvania, VA) soccer team edged the visiting King George Foxes (King George, VA), by a tally of 3-2.
Next, the Knights face the James Monroe Yellow Jackets (Fredericksburg, VA) in a Battlefield contest, on Tuesday, April 22. Spotsylvania will attempt to advance on its 2-3 season record. The Yellow Jackets enter the contest with a 1-4 record after their 8-1 league loss to Courtland (Spotsylvania, VA).
The Foxes (1-5) will now prepare for their contest against Chancellor (Fredericksburg, VA). The Chargers enter the Battlefield contest with a 9-0 record. In their last contest, Chancellor held off Caroline (Milford, VA), 6-0, in a league contest.
