Arizona High School Softball - Paradise Valley knocked off by Desert Edge

In Thursday's non-league test, the Desert Edge Scorpions (Goodyear, AZ) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Paradise Valley Trojans (Phoenix, AZ), by a count of 14-1.

Next, the Scorpions meet the Mountain Pointe Pride (Phoenix, AZ) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, April 22. Desert Edge will attempt to upgrade on its 9-12 season record. The Pride go into the test with a 7-17 record after their 11-5 league loss to Horizon (Scottsdale, AZ).

The Trojans (1-13) will now prepare for their test against Verrado (Buckeye, AZ). The Vipers go into the non-league test with a 18-4 record. In their last test, Verrado was routed by Flagstaff (Flagstaff, AZ), 7-0, in a non-league test.
