Kentucky High School Softball - Pendleton County bounces George Rogers Clark
April 17, 2025: Falmouth, KY 41040 The Pendleton County Wildcats softball team scored 9 runs and held the visiting George Rogers Clark Cardinals to 1 in the Wildcats non-league win on Thursday.
The Wildcats now possess a 2-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grant County for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 19. Pendleton County will confront a Braves team coming off a 10-0 league win over Williamstown (Williamstown, KY). The Braves record now stands at 5-6.
With the loss, George Rogers Clark moves to 14-4 on the season. The Cardinals host Tates Creek (Lexington, KY) to confront the Commodores in a non-league battle on Friday, April 18. The Commodores come into the battle with a record of 4-12. Tates Creek lost 2-1 in their recent league battle against Lexington Catholic (Lexington, KY)
