Maryland High School Softball - Kent Island bounces Southern
April 17, 2025: Harwood, MD 20776 The Kent Island Buccaneers softball team scored 16 runs and held the host Southern Bulldogs to 0 in the Buccaneers non-league win on Thursday.
The Buccaneers now sport a 7-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Easton for a Bayside - North battle on Tuesday, April 22.
With the loss, Southern moves to 3-8 on the season. The Bulldogs host Broadneck (Annapolis, MD) to confront the Bruins in a Anne Arundel County battle on Tuesday, April 22. The Bruins come into the battle with a record of 11-2. Broadneck won 2-0 in their recent non-league battle against Northern (Owings, MD)
