New Mexico High School Softball - Tularosa bounces Socorro
April 17, 2025: Tularosa, NM 88352 The Tularosa Wildcats softball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Socorro Warriors to 0 in the Wildcats league win on Thursday.
The Wildcats now sport a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Robertson for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 19. Tularosa will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 4-0 non-league win over Ruidoso (Ruidoso, NM). The Cardinals record now stands at 6-9.
With the loss, Socorro moves to 5-14 on the season. The Warriors host Cobre (Bayard, NM) to confront the Indians in a 3A District 3 battle on Saturday, April 19. The Indians come into the battle with a record of 11-6. Cobre won 17-1 in their recent league battle against Hot Springs (Truth or Consequences, NM)
